Receptionist was rude on the phone & in person. NP acted bothered to have to evaluate me. Won't be going back.

I will NEVER return to this place. Read their hours and info on the website, called to confirm location, hours, price for the service and so on. Arrive at 1:30 in the afternoon to the place dark and locked up with a sign saying they would return at 2:15pm. Are you kidding me!?!?! Fine..so I sit around with 2 kids and wait. At 2:00 a woman comes, looks at me, doesn't speak, opens the door, goes in and locks it behind her. Finally at 2:20 she lets us in...registers is, takes the payment and sends us back out to wait bc the NPs aren't back yet. At this point I'm fuming. We sat waiting AGAIN until 2:45, when we finally got called back in. We were just there for a sports physical...so nothing special at all. But needless to say, I will never come back
