        Beyond pleased at the experience my 9yr old son has had since joining SOR. Twice a week he is eager to go to his lessons and he will practice on his own with absolutely no prodding from me or his mom. The atmosphere and professionalism at SOR is top notch. I am actually considering starting bass lessons myself (yes, they school adults as well) so I can back up my son on his guitar. Highly, highly recommend!

        Bryan and his staff are fantastic! My son has been in their Rock101 program for quite some time now and loves it! If your child is interested in learning music I would not hesitate to bring them here!!

        Our son has loved School of Rock since his very first class/tour. He is learning so much and having lots of fun while doing it. He even comes home to give his dad and I music lessons and integrates all that he has learned in his Rookies classes. As parents, we also love the welcoming environment provided by all, and look forward to Tuesday evenings because of it. We have also been to one of their shows at Uptown Alley, and to see the dedication, excitement, and talent from their students and instructors was a special thing to witness. I would definitely recommend them.

        Tuesday's is Rookie's night! The kids have a lot of fun while learning music. It is energetic and parents also have fun. This place has become like a second home.

      School of Rock

      School of Rock Midlothian provides both in-person and online music lessons for students of all ages. Our programs, camps and workshops for toddlers, kids, teens and adults make learning to play music fun and create great communities of musicians. School of Rock is the leader in performance-based music education. We combine one-on-one drum, bass, keyboard, vocal, and guitar lessons with group practices. Students learn to play music from day one and put on live performances at local venues. Our experienced instructors are local musicians themselves who combine the performance-based School of Rock Method and programs with individual music lessons to get results for your student.
