C & L Plumbing, now White Glove is a very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL company. The people that come to your home to do the work were good, but the office personal is something else. I am 78 years old & just recently had heart surgery. They have LIED to me; called me a LIAR & I just can't get over how crooked and corrupt they are. When you pay for a service you expect to have the work done, or I do. I don't expect to be stolen from & then have it come back to me, not from them, but another person that they no longer wanted me for a paying customer & this was suppose to be from the owner. They told me they had called & called me I REFUSED to call them, NO ONE EVER called me about what I paid for that I NEVER got the service or about anything. I was told they had it written down on paper, but like I told them, you can put anything on paper, in your books. but that doesn't make it true. It took them from November 8, 2022 until April 4, 2023 to bring a bill around to my home. I have NEVER heard of such a thing. They could have written me, by email, because the girl in the office has my email address and I NEVER heard a word, but they had NO PROBLEM CALLING ME A LIAR. I called them ASAP, as soon as I got their bill. I have sent emails and asked specific questions, which NO ONE will answer. The other woman that got on the phone when I called told me she wasn't going to put up with berading their company. Pretty good comment after the way you all had treated me, right? I had to hear all this through someone else, not by anyone in the office or their so-called owner either, which I was told he was the one that made the statement. I would not recommend anyone to this company, because they don't know how to communicate and be professional with their paying customers. To me, calling me a LIAR and LYING on me is totally unacceptable. They are straight up RUDE, DISRESPECTUFL AND UNPROFESSIONAL and that I s giving it a compliment. I have been letting everyone I know how I was treated, even owners of other businesses, because I don't want anyone else to be treated in the manner I was treated. I hope this helps others not to have to go through what I have had to endure over the past few months. If you are having a problem with your paying customer, at least, have the respect to talk to them about it, instead of it coming to them through someone else. Due my heart surgery I am not suppose to be under any stress, so therefore, I will not be dealing with any of this now. Thank you so much!
