Based upon your feedback, we need to do a better job of discussing our pricing approach, and we will going forward. We typically provide upfront fixed price agreements for our customers, as we did in your case, to provide the comfort of cost certainty. There are times we have used time and material pricing. It typically is when project conditions conceal the issue that needs to be addressed to correct or make the required repair.Thank you for choosing Paragon Construction.Jeremy

      image Absolutely fantastic company. From my very first conversation with them on the phone, through the design phase and construction of my enclosed deck, true professionals. Highly recommended. Also highly communicative. I always knew what was going on and what the next steps were in the process and during construction. Anything unexpected that might have occurred they fixed or corrected. Kevin has an awesome crew. They worked hard every day and showed up every day until the project was finished. I have a friend who used them to redo her bathroom and highly recommended them as well.

      image Paragon Construction installed vinyl windows on my screened porch. They also installed a new cable railing rather than reinstalling a PVC railing that was there to start with. The workers were friendly and very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Because the job was an outdoor job, they supplied a Porta Potty for the workers. This was a first for me. Prior companies would use my restroom, but Paragon doesn't want to track up your house with construction workers coming in and out. Any questions or issues I had were addressed and taken care of immediately. After the project is completed, an appointment is set up to go over any warranties and to answer any questions that may have come up since project completion. From start to finish, Paragon Construction was easy to work with. I would recommend them for you construction needs.
