FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

It is been a couple weeks but I want to provide my feedback. I called them asking if they spiral binding books and they do but when I went there it turned out that my book requires another machine to remove its edge that they don't have. The associate who helped me over the phone and in person had a great customer service she provided alternative options such as leaving my book there so they can ship it to another location or going to the location that has the machine.

After having a bad issue with the location in Chester I decided before I waste another minute driving to Midlothian I would call this location and speak to someone and see if they would able to help me. I explain to the saleswoman what I needed she told me that she would be able to do it. When I arrived there the person that was on the phone was still there. I wish I had've gottenhere name she was wonderful. Maybe she needs to go to the Chester location and teach them Customer Service skills

My family owns a restaurant located in the south suburbs of Chicago and needed to get menus printed. She went to several print shops in her neck of the woods but the prices were very extreme. So I went to my local kinkos and did an inquiry on menus. Let me not forget to add, I'm a FedEx employee as well, so I get discounts. We dealt with a young lady named Lexus. She was so great  She made recommendations and really worked hard on getting this order complete and shipped.  The menus turned out great... to-go menus, drink menus, and restaurant menus. And the price was just right as well! Will definitely use this location for future print and shipping stuff.
