        This year has been an amazing growth experience for our daughter - to go from barely being able to swim one stroke to competing in 4 meets and learning a lot about friendship, teamwork, commitment and life along the way. The coaches clearly have a time tested method that truly works to grow each individual into their best self - in and out of the pool. There is an appropriate level of expectation, realistic goal setting, growth and confidence building. They teach how to confront obstacles and disappointment, while continuing to move forward, as well as the more obvious celebrations, including the smallest of victories. We were uncertain about whether our daughter was prepared for the experience of a competitive swim team, but decided to proceed on a trial basis. It rapidly grew from there into a love that she can't seem to live without. It has truly been amazing to watch!
