        Waste of money. They even dont know how to fill ITIN form. I loose my 400$ and no refund when I asked for my money they just simply said We did work from our-side thats it they dont care of customer just care about their fees Very bad experience please dont go approach some other office.

      Patel, We have filled out many ITIN forms and have been successful. There is lack of communication on your part. You did not come and pick up the appropriate paperwork that was required on your end. We do not control whehter the IRS gives you and when they give you an ITIN. We simply file the paperwork.When they request additional, because they want to make sure you can legally have an ITIN, it is your responsibility to make sure you produce that paperwork. I am happy to give you the paperwork that is required on your end to get this matter settled with the IRS but know you did not fulfill your part of the contract. The ITIN is a legal document and you did not follow through.
