      image My husband and I just went to JH for the first time to file our taxes I chose to go there, as I presumed it might be a fast and efficient way to do them this year, as I felt they were fairly straight forward. The woman who so called helped us was rude, incompetence, disorganised, unprofessional, if not one of the rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with! I walked out and will take my taxes else where. I was flawed that she even has a job to be honest let alone a job helping people.
