remember clearly I tried to come into the office to pay my rent and to let them know I was moving out, back in 2020...one of the lady's gestured to call. They weren't letting anyone in due COVID. I called they didn't even answer my phone calls!!! So now it's 2023 and they're garnishing and placing a hold on my bank account.... Please don't move here nor do business with this shade apartment complex. The amount of money is ridiculous!!!! But God knows and see all.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We have not had air conditioning for 3 and a half weeks, and every time we try to speak to them, they either avoid talking to us entirely, or come up with a new reason our AC cant be repaired. Never live here.

This is the worst place ever. They raise the rent and want you to pay on time but when things need to fixed in the units they dont do it or they put a band aid on it to temporarily fix the issue. They want your rent paid on time but they dont pay their vendors on time. The trash has not been picked up in almost two weeks. Its filled up to the brim and all on the sides of the trash bin. Its DISGUSTING!!! They have a pool but they have no toilet paper in the facility and no paper towels nor hand driers. How do you offer services but cant maintain the facility. The staff is rude and is no help at all.

Dee in the front office is amazing . She is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure all resident requests are satisfied in a timely manner.
