Fantastic locally owned jeweler. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Save your time going to the big name stores or Va beach, and make a stop here first! Able to get a watch repaired here in no time.

Went here first looking for our engagement ring first, however later finding what we wanted elsewhere. Beautiful place but the young girl that helped my finance is why we left without buying and left quite quickly. Carol or Caroline or Casey. Something like that. Upon first greeting us she acted as if it was a pain to talk to us, completely lack of any happiness in tone. It was as if we were bothering her. But the kicker was while she was putting away a ring we recently were looking at I caught her catch eyes with another employee and roll her eyes. She didnt think we were looking but I saw her. Her customer service was already unenthusiastic but this was the last straw, never have I ever experienced something like this ever. Especially when looking to spend so much money at an establishment. Unfortunate for such a beautiful place to have someone like this represent their business

Im new to Newport News and I read about a dozen reviews on local shops to find a good jeweler. On Monday, I dropped two rings off to be resized smaller (my engagement ring & wedding band), and by Friday they were ready! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shop was clean and stylish. The work is impeccable and now my rings fit perfectly. Definitely recommend!

Hausers has great customer service! I came in with a bag full of old watches from my Grandparents. The owner was great to work with - he explained to me how older watches work and was transparent about how much it would be to repair. I ended up having him repair two of the watches - because the repairs were easier to make, he had them working within the hour and it was only $31! I cant wait to give the watches to my cousins and am so thankful I went to Hausers.
