Our experience with the TEAM TITAN REAL ESTATE TEAM. Was amazing from the first moment we contacted them. Mr.Johnny Francum was very tentative to our house buying needs, he is a very patient,professional, responsive, and all around a very good real estate agent. We started to look at houses the second week of Nov 2023 and we were in our first home by Dec 22nd 2023. When we went to look at some houses the first day we were unsure what house we wanted . Johnny had talked with us and offered to go back and take a second look over at them the very NEXT day which we were very surprised that he had offered to do that for us, he never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him at all or anything like that. He was very helpful,kind,and understanding of what our needs was. Johnny and his Team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. When things didn't go right on the sellers end of things and was looking like we weren't gonna be in our first home for Christmas, they stepped in and went well above and beyond there line of duty to make sure everything was being done correctly, and that nothing was delayed and did everything in there power to make sure Our schedule was met.Our expectations we had was blown out of the ball park by the way they handle and conduct business. I highly recommend everyone use TEAM TITAN REAL ESTATE. Make sure you ask for Johnny Francum he will absolutely be a rock star for your house buying needs. I'd give 10 stars if I could. They also work with other amazing professionals in the house buying process. Like Mr.Ryan Mutter at Fulton Mortgage group which is a amazing mortgage group to work with they had gave use plenty of options for different loans and rates etc. Helped us and guided us thru which loan would suite us best. absolutely a awesome company. And Mr.Phil Forbes iv with Forbes, Reid, Dunnigan & Messier P.L.C. they had also went above and beyond with the closing process to make sure all the documents was processed perfect and done right. And making sure we could close before Christmas as well. Johnny Francum and his team and Phil Forbes and Ryan mutter all worked together as one to help us get thru what some would expect to be a very stressful process, to be as much stress-free as possible and a absolute amazing experience to go thru. 5 years ago when we moved to VA, Johnny Francum and his team helped us search and find our house. They were so helpful and did so many above and beyond things for us. As transplants from up north we knew no one and they were always there to help with recommendations big and small. After the sale they kept in touch and even dropped by with gifts. When we recently decided to move to Richmond they were on top of it and sold the house very quickly. We felt like family working with them. Good people you can trust! We highly recommend Team Titan.
