The leasing office will make you sign for a RentPlus service that's through an outside company that has a monthly fee. Why would an apartment complex include a silly, miscellaneous charge that you have to contact a different company to opt out of the monthly charge.

Lovely living experience. No problems with the apartment whatsoever. The staff was very friendly and kind. Highly recommend the building.

We can hear when our neighbors above us are knocking the boots because their bed squeaks effortlessly. Maintenance should add more padding between each floor because it's hard to get any sleep. To the owners, please add more padding between each floor so residents can't hear everything that's going on above them.

I enjoy my unit. I was moved to a different unit because the street noise level for a unit facing Granby was loud. The staff was accommodating and moved be to a better unit. The parking garage is city parking across the street.
