Water is constantly turned off. Washer and dryer always broken you have to play the guessing game of which building actually works. Over priced apartment for sure. Roach omg roaches. It doesnt matter how clean you are. honest to god. They dont spray monthly compare to other apartments I stated at in the 757 area dishwater make sure work and they do break down easily make sure. U will say maintenance people are very kind. Foodlion and dollar tree are close that is one of the plus if you dont have a car

Talia was very courteous, personable, and professional throughout the tour and application process. She answered all of my questions and was very reassuring. The property is well kept. The units are nicely renovated. The experience has been amazing thus far.

If you're in the military and cancel your lease for a deployment, you'll come back to a fraudulent debt collection account for thousands of dollars. Do not rent here ever.

I have lived here for over five years seeing two different management companies from this one on the place this most recent management company seems to be fixing the place up however, maintenance requests are still slow to be answered, and the office staff is never on the same page. The laundry machines in the buildings are usually broken or have something wrong with them. I went almost 4 months without AC. Was told to buy a window unit because they didnt either have any or just kept lying to me saying they were going to bring one over. The quarterly spray for bugs (which we pay extra for in our lease) doesnt happen. I cant remember when the last time they even offered me an air filter for the AC/heat. My refrigerator is rusting and is constantly breaking when I open the door and then shelves just start failing. The expect every on to be constantly monitoring their active building app. I am extremely unhappy with this complex and the employees who work for it.
