So first off.... Laura Mills and PRG real estate have done good with only having the building for 6 months. Unfortunately the building was built in 1962.... It's OLD it has its quirks but it's still a good building. Laura and her team are doing their best to bring the building back up to snuff. The apartment itself is HUGE and the rent pricing for the size is PHENOMENAL!!!

Has programs scheduled regularly for its tenants. Large common areas that can be rented with LG washer and dryers. There is a doorman working most busy hours. Higher you go, the better the view... I was on the 9th floor overlooking downtown Norfolk

Had an appointment scheduled that was confirmed the morning of. Arrived to my appointment 10 mins early with no one at the office and no one answering the phone. I then wait 30 mins just incase someones running late. just to get an email 20 mins after my appt was supposed to start that it is cancelled due to weather. its not even raining out.

This place is not worth the money! Utilitys are through the roof, too! They shut the water off very often. This week alone, the water will be shut off for 7 hours a day for 5 days but yet when the water is back on, theres no hot water. The elevators often break down and smell of urine. The parking is bad here, front parking lot floods quite often, and often times its full of trash. Speaking of trash, the dumpsters are often overflowing. The units themselves are junk. The walls have layers upon layers of paint. I swear they let some 5 year olds come in, gave them some Mountain Dew, candy, paint brush and paint then let them go at it. Theres paint where there isnt supposed to be paint! The A/C-Heat is a joke, too. You have no control over the temperature and they control when we get heat or A/C. Not to mention, the units are old and outdated so very inefficient which means higher utility costs! Dont bother applying for this outdated and overpriced apartment!
