I was looking for some replacement parts for my ebike but the store associate told me that Pedego doesn't service other ebike. What most people don't know, there is no difference between a regular bicycle and an ebike. The only difference is the battery, hub motor, mid drive motor and front hub motor.. on all varieties of ebikes but when it comes to brakes, tires and cables..... it's all the same. I needed my cables and bike grips fixed. There prices are twice as high for parts and there are better deals online for the money.

I bought a Trail Tracker and an Inteceptor from Pedego Norfolk. I take them to Mike at East Beach Pedego for service. He got my Trail Tracker ready for some wilderness camping this spring and I rode with confidence after a tune up and new tire with some really cool Tannis Tire Armour. The entire Pedego Norfolk goes above and beyond! Thanks
