I have been dealing with Herb since I got my first car .He's worked with me through any issues that have occurred with my car. And the staff has been very polite and I highly recommend to try Bestway Autos.

Thanks for the car. "Hey yeah, I'll pay the remaining $375 (I'm behind one payment) I owe next week because I'd like to fix one of the several issues you guys sold me the car with. Hood latch won't stay shut" "We're repossessing the car because you this said Friday. Your next bill is two weeks." "Oh. So I can't fix the car first?" "No." "That's still two weeks though. I'll have the remaining $375 literally next-" "We're repossessing the car today." - May 11th, 2023 They repo'd, my friend had to help me. Good luck if you have to go here

Initially I gave this place a one star. Due to issues I had with a sales associate handling a situation poorly and a car I just recently bought had an issues leaving me without a car. It's such a reflection about a business when they take a issue seriously and your grievances are heard. Everyone's concern when purchasing from a used car lot is getting a good reliable car and if we're being honest most used car places have a negative stigma already. However, the business owner Herb and an Associate Sandra made sure that my issues and concerns was dealt with. They didn't make me feel like I was just being a problematic client or was just someone trying to avoid making a payment. They understood where I was coming from and worked with me. Sandra was my main point of contact and kept me in the loop and I was able to make arrangements with as I got the car towed in. Most of all they honored the warranty they offer over the engine and got me back on the road FAST!
