        JoJo was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in navigating the purchase and trade-in of my Chevrolet Blazer. Once all of the sales portion was complete, I met Julie Nichols the financial guru and she was really great. Thoroughly explained my options and was able to assist in purchasing an extended warranty and a maintenance plan to keep me worry free for 5 years. Southern Auto in Norfolk are great people and I will definitely do business with them in the future.

        Excellent service unfortunately when having an oil change all fluid levels are usually topped off. This service was not done. I was very disappointed and they use to vacuum out the car for you as a courtesy. Thank you for the free oil change that came complimentary with the purchase of my car. The other gestures go a long way. Proven that you are high quality service car dealership.
