So the prejudice folks at this location Jessica and Ryan decided to delete my last review because they know they were wrong!!! I will leave my review again then.
Worst rental experience EVER! If my fianc was white, Jessica wouldnt have had so much scrutiny for the small crack in his license. We have always used enterprise and never had an issue with his license being cracked before. We even went to the DMV to get his license replaced and the DMV representative even said that as long as your license scans, then it is valid. I know Jessica & Ryan are prejudice because they tried to say they follow the DMVs policy but the DMV proved that to be a lie. They completely ruined our daughters birthday because of their prejudice!

Tyana - Tyana - Tyana saved the day!!! I had booked my reservation on line; only to find out that no cars were available when I arrived for pick up. Tyana worked hard to get me into a car that was not picked up by a prior reservationist. Because of her savvy business sense, everything worked out, and it was a WIN-WIN for everyone. Tyana Dozier is an asset to your Enterprise team! Thank you!
