      image The staff were respectful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. This being my first visit, was the most calming experience I've had with a dentist. Everything was explained to me from the procedures to the finances. Outstanding job!!!!!

      image My initial visit was for a cleaning. I knew I was a new patient so everything was going to have to be done. My appointment was canceled twice, no one called me back to give me a reason. When I came to my appointment, I was seen by the doctor where I was told I needed to have a deep cleaning and the treatment plan was over $300 with my insurance. I was told I had to come back for my cleaning Nevada because that wasn't something that was done on the initial visit. When I returned, I was told the proper workup was not done and I did not need the deep cleaning and my teeth was fine, all I needed was the basic cleaning. I feel like they were trying to over charge me for services I did not need. But Nancy was great and very professional.

      Hi Taniesha, I’m so sorry your first visit didn’t live up to expectations. New patient appointments include x-rays and full comprehensive exam with the doctor and hygienist. From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. When schedules allow, offices do make the effort to offer treatment same-day, but it is not always possible.
