        "Unpleasant experience overall. Upon arrival, greeted by a strong cigarette odor and a poorly maintained shower. Room cleanliness left much to be desired, with infrequent cleaning. Management's response to issues was lacking, showing a disregard for customer satisfaction. To the proud manager: Improve your protocols and service standards."

        So bad! Management shame on you. You cant say sorry, renovating in response to two yrs ago two months ago and two weeks ago.. I feel bad for the employees. We had no other option but to stay there despite the reviews bc our company failed to make reservations and yet each one of us checked out the next day and the hotel lost out on a good amount of income. If I had to believe there was something done maybe new bed frames but dirty or stained sheets couch chairs and sticky tables with bathrooms no even wiped down, hair everywhere and Very grungy tiles paint and evident lack of cleaning. It is a risk to stay there and hope owner take the responsibility of owing this place with much more integrity.
