Amazing Coaches, great students, I've really enjoyed training here the coaches push me to train harder and help me as a newcomer learn the skills and make sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to, 100% reccomend this school to anybody experienced or brand new, You will love it here

Awesome place and very welcoming! Dropped in for a class while in town for work and will definitely be visiting again when in town. If you are a veteran like myself, the military vibe will make you feel right at home. Thanks again coach Tim!

You know Theres something inherently unsettling about trying a new dojo when on a road trip thats different than, say, trying a new restaurant. Or the B&B your pals recommended. Or even a local bodybuilding gym, where egos abound. Is it the martial arts aspect of physical danger from an unknown? That would be the practical assumption for an outsider; someone who isnt a regular practitioner. Those who do enjoy the sport intimately know otherwise and its kind of a very sweet insiders secret even {Hint: its the vibes from amazing people, people! } As that one movie said, like opening a box of chocolates, you never know what youre going to get! And here at Ocean View Martial Arts, in the heart of a quieter beachtown that has natives plus vacationers, the cool people every one of em! are what make your rolling/sparring workout extra special. Come in and meet Tim, the owner, hes former military, as many trainees are. Take a class (its free, yo!) and meet some real happening, fun peeps. Dont expect to be comfortable, youre not! Its raw, close combat, with sweat and power and personal strengths unimaginable! But that goes back to the top line of this review, right??? Myself only here a coupla days on my own, yet for sure I will be back, hopefully with my family to enjoy also. [Thank you, Mr.Tim. And thank you for rolling with a newbie, Mr.Peter. The learning yall gave me? Priceless!
