Hi Faith, We went back through our email because unresponsiveness is not normal for us and we did realize we missed this message. Being fully transparent, business is hard at the moment. We both ended the year with a lot going on in our family life and have a very small team of just the two of us. So unfortunately while prioritizing family and mental health, we somehow missed your email but want you to know it’s not because we were ignoring you. Business is tough for a lot of small businesses at the moment including ours so we take these reviews seriously as they are critical to the success or failure of our business. We have never received a one star review e and are saddened that our poor customer service led to this, however we also must offer ourselves grace because at the end of the day, we are doing our best. and boy has it been hard. Lastly, we wouldn’t purposely leave any money on the table, especially during these fiscally constrained times, so again totally a total oversight and our apologies.February is pretty much over, but if you’re still interested in renting the space please let us know.
