First time here, very impressed. Nikkie was my therapist and she was great. Professional, personable and very good at putting you at ease. Massage was great, you can tell she's very good at what she does and she listens to clients. The business is very good as well, nice space...a great place to get a massage. Looking forward to my next appointment.

This is the BEST place to get a therapeutic massage. The massage therapists are well trained and listen to your needs. The owner and staff have curated an amazing atmosphere of peacefulness that you feel immediately upon entering. The staff are knowledgeable and genuinely nice people. The downstairs also has beautiful crystals and wellness items.

Average massage for $$$, will ask if youd like to leave a tip while in front of the masseuse. They do not have maternity massages specifically, which was misrepresented to us.

Warning for FSA/HSA users! For the record, my experience with Flow was GREAT! The therapist and front office staff were both FANTASTIC. Unfortunately, after my appointment, I was told I could not get an invoice to submit for FSA reimbursement. I was told that Flow does not "offer that service", and I was directed to use two emails that I received - one that is just a receipt for a deposit, which doesn't show that the service was rendered and can't be used for FSA/HSA. I never even thought to ask ahead of time as I have NEVER not been able to get an invoice for massage services. Even with home businesses. It's really unfortunate. I'd love to go back, but if I can't use the funds that I've set aside for this purpose, it doesn't make sense.
