Expansive City Center

The Expansive City Center building is poorly managed. There has been constant construction, the majority of the toilets have been broken for over a month, the elevators are not reliable and get stuck, the "secure" parking garage has been broken and left open for weeks. Management is slow to respond or provide solutions to any of the issues.

Garage Door has been broken for a more than a month leaving our paid parking spots open to anyone. Not to mention the garage is never swept and debris is everywhere on the floor and has been for months.

I dont think the floors on the second floor have ever been cleaned since I started working here 8 months ago. The elevators are not reliable. Not a secure place to lock a bike for those who commute.

Egregious to say the least! Had to stop using the elevators after a few weeks of working in the offices here. They are constantly broken, stuck, or operating as if it had a mind of it's own. I can't remember when I've been in a restroom where every fixture worked. It almost seems as though everything is always a little broken here.

Building is in poor condition. Elevator breaks regularly, toilets take months to fix, door falling off the hinges. Parking garage is broken. "Secure entry" door is left open to the public due to the parking garage being broken. Not worth the money. Management is slow to respond and meanwhile the issues still exist.
