1STRING Sports training has been life changing for my family. We became part of this family when my son's were only 10 years old. They shared their dreams for their future and goals were set from day 1. Five years later they are outstanding athletes, A+ students, and active in their church. 1STRING focuses on a well rounded athlete. I have seen them help my sons with football, track, and wrestling. I've also seen how they advance the skills of basketball, tennis, and volleyball players. There is something here for everyone. Anthony and Alicia are phenomenal and really complete each other as a team. They have been positive influences in my sons' lives both physically and mentally. They will push them to be the best version of themselves to help them achieve their dreams. Also, Alicia is a certified massage therapist and my husband says her messages are the best he's had in his life. She has come to the rescue in season to get the boys back ready for the next game.
