I am leaving my previous sale post from 2020 for reference and to provide a great example of professional consistency . Not only did Sarah provide an amazing purchase experience in 2021 , her and her team's performance exceeded expectations once again with the sale of that property this month and the purchase of another home with my wife . I can only echo and footstomp all the kudos I offered Sarah and her team from back in 2020 . She not only covered her responsibilities expertly but made up for a seriously deficient sellers agent that offered what I will politely describe as the most challenging experience to work with, but Sarah did a phenomenal job of playing interference and making up for the sellers and seller's agent shortfalls.
Although we hope to allow our family roots to grow deep in this home, we will certainly seek out Sarah again should we pursue other property for personal or investment purposes. I can assure anyone looking for solid and proven representation in the real estate realm that you cannot go wrong with Sarah and the Coastal Realty team. Thanks again!!
2020...I had just come off a failed attempt with another realtor team that lacked the personal touch and commitment to keeping me informed and the forward progress moving. Rorik was fantastic through the entire buying process. My husband also sold his house with Roriks help and speaks very highly of him.
