I wish i could give less than one star. Very disappointed with this agency. Two of my commercial accounts got transferred here after my agent passed and all they did was make my life miserable and eventually I cancelled both policies. They let one policy expire and never bothered to look into it even after i contacted them. Andrew would not even reply to my emails or return my calls. Very unprofessional.

I have not used their Financial Services but I recommend if you use Allstate- steer clear of this one. I had several problems with communication and clarity and still dont know why my bill for one month was $1083.63. I switched to Progressive and pay $230 with Progressive. I believe I said too much and thought I would not notice or care. Regardless it took hours of my day because they did not do their job to carefully review the charges and I was locked out with no reset for the weekend - when they returned to the office I still did not get the reset. The only callback received from the office was over some minor issue of my profile info which was not as critical as price. In a day of modern tech there is no excuse for spending days to get a reset or to get an explanation of a bill. So far after 3 calls to other Allstate offices no one can explain the bill. I suggested to Allstate they look into why it is being associated with this Financial Service business getting zero star reviews. I agree with the other reviews here of how they handle car insurance.
