Danielle is the best realtor I've ever worked with (bought and sold 3 houses in the last 5 years). I asked her to arrange a cleaner for when we moved out, and she arranged a ton more! Handyman to take care of some issues that needed work plus painting, gardener to make everything look extra nice - the house looked awesome when they were done. She works with a great photographer, and we received an offer over asking price on the very first day after the house was listed for sale. I can not recommend her enough, she is amazing. This woman is awesome! Danielle has set the bar high in my expectations of a realtor. She is not only dedicated to her clients, but she is patient. We had a new build with ADA requirements and it was no joy ride, but she continued to show up for us, while educating my family along the journey. What stood out even more, her attention to detail when looking at homes and comparing homes to our needs that she documented from her initial meetingso grateful.
