I requested a an appointment to have a table refinished and a leaf repair. He called me back and told me he was not accepting any new refining jobs. It just tells me he is a one man show and probably slow getting work done. So if you need what I wanted don't call him it will be a while before he will open a slot!

Dail is very professional and very knowledgeable. Hes also very polite and friendly. He was communicative, showed up on and repaired our couch. He also gave us maintenance suggestions and talked about the maker and design of the couch. I couldnt recommend him enough.

The most unprofessional company on the planet. Calls at almost 7pm on a week night to schedule a third inspection of our broken furniture. Agree on a time. Then he calls back for more information, when I told him to call back at a more reasonable time the owner THREATENS ME.
