Ali came to replace a shut-off valve and my outdoor spicket for my garden hose, but I have been having a number of housing expenses and so I couldn't pay the price for both services. Ali completely understood and only replaced my shut-off valve and charged a reasonable price, and also showed me how the new valve works so that I can protect the pipe in the winter. When I'm able to, I hope to have them back to finish the other plumbing projects in my home. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

We first called SirOne in December when one of our pipes froze; a visit wasn't necessary, but they took the time to give us some nice advice on what to do. Thankfully, there was no permanent damage! Flash forward to this month; we decided to finally replace the 18-year old water heater in our home. Ali came by and gave us an estimate on replacing it and suggested some other work in our home as well. He actually offered to replace the water heater right then, but we weren't ready that day. We scheduled it for the following week and he showed up within the time window he had set and got the job done on his own in about 2 hours. Very happy with his service and we'll be using SirOne again for future work needed in our home! Service: Water heater installation
