This has to be the worst apparents in Richmond VA the new people they have in the rental office is very rude & disrespectful all they do is set talk eat & be drama ,the apartments have a bad mold and roach problem my refrigerator was not working for 6 mouths they never fix it

Has mice inside walls and all through apartment complex and floor grounds isnt even supported , its trashy, people treat everything like trash over at the belt it nets all through hallways most hallways smell like pee ! Everybody in a unit has a problem they have being going through for a year now they keep switching management but nothing is in line yet !!! The stairs are dirty need washing .! Playground isnt safe for a child to even play on they have a gate thats always open and broke ! Mold in mostly everybodys apartment !!! They have big rat cages out there not sure what its for but you can take a wild guess , last manager Shannon and Natasha never did anything ! They let a lot of things happen around the belt that couldve been handle by the rent office itself ! , the kids arent respectful at all they cursing infront of elders and screaming throwing trash out windows ! THE STATE NEED TO SHUT THEM DOWN

Im wondering when were gonna have staff. I wonder when someone will be at the office. I feel like the residents run this place. I pay rent here and dont understand why if there is no one to give it to. I have to wait days after rent is due to see someone from the office walking to their car. When you finally see their car; they take breaks for hrs. Breaks be longer than working. I seen 5 different management take over since I been living here. Gates on bth side are broke and not being watched. They said they cant pay to get the gate fix or pay people to work here on grounds and fix things. My mom called the maintenance guy due to her having uncontrollable water flooding her apartment and he hung up on her. Make it make sense
