If I could rate this company zero stars I would. Kathy Hill has got to be the worst and most unprofessional person I have ever had to do business with. If you are a small business owner RUN! Trying to get them to give you a certificate of insurance can often take several emails, phone calls follow ups and a minimum of 48 hours to a week. Sometimes longer or better yet never done. When sending an email asking if it has been taken care of you will likely get Kathys famous response “I am very busy with 100’s of emails I have to respond to”. I feel like this company doesn’t care about the small people. Customer service is not their best. Lately It appears I pay them just to be rude. I will be searching for another company who knows how to treat people.

Danielle was an outstanding insurance agent who really helped me through the entire process. She was readily available by phone or email whenever I needed her (within reason of course).
