        The referral service is okay. I wish they didnt have so many partners decentralizing access to care. Too many hoops to leap through.

        High premiums, high deductibles, and they continually refuse or deny care because they want to tell the doctor how to treat the patient, whom they've never seen. Not that this matters, because the prior authorization representatives are high-school graduates reading from a script on what's covered and what isn't.
