**Update*** (original post at the end) Within minutes of my post the lady called me back and handed the phone to her daughter who listened to my complaint, apologized and even asked what they could do to make it right!!! I didnt want anything else. This was not about money ( a refund was not requested or offered) I was just very pleased at the level of customer service, as you dont see service like this these days!! To call me back was so nice and she was very sweet on the phone. Increased my score from a 1 to 3 stars because of the customer service! -original post- I ordered grilled shrimp and rice. I will say the lady on the phone was nice enough, until I called back to complain. Then she couldnt understand me. When I received my food. I was so excited to see such big shrimp that I dove right in then I was severely disappointed! Not only were the shrimp over cooked they were not cleaned at all!! You can literally see the poop! I had shared my food with my son I immediately threw it all away! I will NEVER go back there again!
