I was seen today for the first time and am so glad that I researched and found this practice! I work in the medical field myself and have done so for 11 years and good healthcare is hard to find, but EXCELLENT health care/bedside manner is much harder. I felt at ease and have never seen a psychiatrist before so ultimately I was nervous, which went away quickly after speaking with Kim. She is very personable, understanding and well-spoken. I never felt rushed or like I was a bother. Highly recommend to anyone seeking help! The staff is also kind and I was able to not only get an appointment quickly, but move my appointment to today in less than 12 hours notice!

The receptionist and practitioner were both great. Kim Vu is very warm, personable and easy to talk to (so if you're shy/anxious it's really helpful). She was thorough yet efficient with our first meeting and she makes it very easy to understand everything. I was also really glad to get an appointment literally the day after calling, so if you want convenience as well look no further. Thank you, SSP!
