I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with this group. They helped us purchase our home in 2018, and we had mentioned at some point we were interested in buying the lot behind our home. This fell off our radar, but Amy noticed that it was listed for sale and brought it to our attention we never would have even realized this, and as of today we have closed on that lot! We are so incredibly grateful for how attentive everybody in this group has been, so helpful, capable, and competent. There is truly no better real estate team in Richmond.

I am so, so glad we found Linchpin to help us buy a house in Richmond. Weve been working with Amy, and I cant tell you how much time, effort, and knowledge Amy and her team have brought to the home-buying process. Amy always comes prepared to each house, and after touring each home, she provides great insights on potential issues with the house and other factors that could affect the houses value. She has a great eye for detail and really does a wonderful job of helping us understand the issues and the process as a whole. You can really tell that the Linchpin team has our best interests at heart. Theyre not just trying to make a sale: Amy has thankfully steered us away from bad purchases, and were just so grateful that shes looking out for us. The Linchpin team is a lot of fun, and theyre caring, and theyre smart, and a whole lot of other nice words. But at the end of the day, Linchpin is great at what they do. I couldnt recommend them highly enough.
