Update: My project is complete. After the demolition of everything my homeowners insurance tried to cheat me on the money necessary to repair the damages in the 2 bathrooms. Jason was instrumental in educating me of my rights. I read my homeowners insurance policy and demanded an appraisal. By the way, he even referred me to an appraiser. Several months later, the 2 appraisers came up with a settlement that was more than we originally asked for but it included ADLS since residing there was impossible during the work. It just so happened that my mother was getting ready for surgery so we started when she went in knowing she'd been out for about a month allowing me to get extra smaller things done. This may sound horrible, but it's not.. I have a security camera and I use it to spy on my teenager when he's home (playstation), but I got a few laughs watching the guys. They moved like lightning, but my most FAVORITE was watching one guy put the door on my bathroom closet. He had this look on his face that something wasn't right. Of course it had been messed up for years, but he fixed it. Whomever replaced the kitchen floor cut out a section so the door would stay shut FINALLY! It was an old fashioned track door that was broken. Those are the touches that bring a customer back. Services: Water damage-related mold removal, Flooring, Mold inspection, Remodeling

Last spring our dishwasher leaked and essentially destroyed our kitchen. A co-worker was kind enough to provide us with the contact information for Plumbline Construction (Jason Bhattacharya). We contacted his office and they came out to assess the damages and determine what needed to be done. (My husband and I had never had an insurance claim before so we knew nothing about this process). It took a bit to come to terms with our insurance company about the scope of the work, but once settled, Jasons crew got started immediately. He communicated beautifully what to expect along the way. For example, If his team were coming to drop off lets say cabinets...We knew it in plenty of time to make arrangements to be home etc. Jasons employees went out of their way to work with me.....(my husband didnt care) see my vision....and rise to the occasion. Moreover, they spoke up and clearly communicated when an idea I had simply was not going to work, or was going to look horrible. Being from the North, I appreciate the honesty! Jason allowed me plenty of time to decide what flooring, what paint color, what countertop, what faucet, what hardware, what appliances, etc. He seemed to understand these were important decisions to me and if it took Mrs.Hawkins 3 weeks longer than it should because she had to test every paint color Sherwin Willams had, he was fine with it. In my opinion he put customer satisfaction first and genuinely wanted us to love our new kitchen. A lost art in todays world. His crew were respectful, clean, conscientious, and detailed. One could argue almost obsessive compulsive at times in regard to their work (Lyo) but again, I appreciate that. They do this every day all day. I would highly recommend Plumbline Construction. The right tool for the right job! In fact, we hope to use Jason to remodel our bathrooms Im the future. Services: Painting, Flooring, Mold inspection, Remodeling
