I came in from Philly looking for a townhouse, Tiffany showed us one and we fell in love. We sent off our paperwork to get approved and no later than a week we were accepted and ready to move in! I cant tell you how happy we are with this complex, from the warm welcome when we first arrived all the way down to the actual home itself! The whole process was smooth and effortless as can be thanks to Tiffany for being available whenever we had any questions! If you are looking for a nice place to move in tocome by and fill out an application, you wont be disappointed!

NO STARS!!! UPDATE!! NEW REVIEW!!! 2/23/2024. Rat droppings and feces are all over my back patio and small surrounding area!! little black droppings everywhere! I have not been able to go out back and enjoy my patio since last July because of the rat problem and the holes and the mounds of dirt and everything that's covered with feces from the rodents. I have asked so many times for them to come and help me clean this area, put down new dirt, fill up the holes, remove the items that are ruined by the rodents and nothing!! They do not respond...they do not want to do anything to make this a better environment. I'm going to post some photos today of the rat feces that I just took today which is February 23rd 2024. You will also see in the photographs the rat traps that are still outside and I'm going to post the pictures of my ceiling in the kitchen that's falling down because of the leak from the tub that they were not able to repair and they just came out and painted it and then painted it again so finally I had to just tape it. I'm also posting photographs of the hallway downstairs that is only 2 ft by 5 ft and the carpet is coming apart due to the AC unit freezing four times and the neighbors Place overflowing. They won't replace a 2 ft by 5 ft piece of carpet. The carpet is shredded and coming apart and is a trip Hazard and it's their fault but I'm living with shredded carpet, rat feces, ceiling in my kitchen falling down, and I feel like I am in third world country hell!! BEWARE!! Beware!! There are many other places to rent where you can live in a clean environment. This place is disgusting and the management does not care about your health and well-being. New review 11/12/2023. This place is infested by rats!! I have a large mound of dirt off my back patio where they have built their nest. It is under my patio and I just now at 2:30 pm saw a another rat on my patio. The place knows about this issue. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING!! I moved here to be outside and enjoy the fresh air. I had a beautiful patio and now I have not been able to use it for 3 months due to the rats and rat feces. My place has had many many issues and still does. Leaking is kitchen and ceiling falling down. Carpet destroyed by AC leaking, my mom fell down the stairs and was in ICU with brain bleeding due to the handrails being to short on the stairs and it took 6 months to get the right length, I have so many spiders and have never in 2 years had a bug person come in and spray, at Christmas last year my heater stopped working and we went 5 days without heat during freezing temps, my mom is 78 and it was so cold!! We wore coats and hats during Christmas. They knew about it and left for the holiday. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! I have not paid rent 2 months due to conditions. We are on limited income and they have in 2 years gone up $300 on our rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! You will think it is great as the company who bought it have put lipstick on this pig but once you move in the rats will come. JUST saw another rat!! Please help us!! God please help us!! Need to move. Wonderful experience!! Great office staff!! Jacob helped me and went above and beyond!! Looking forward to my new home!!
