The Aspen Apartments

If I could give zero stars I would. Maintenance is the laziest group of people Ive ever met, put in MULTIPLE requests for stuff to get fixed and never had anything fixed. Cheaply built which makes you hear absolutely everything your neighbors are saying. The walls were awfully painted (which they will charge you $800 for when you leave). Dont get me started on trying to get ahold of anyone In charge, you can call them but I wouldnt waste my time. Everything about this apartment is a big NO, dont waste your money here; they do not care about their tenants. They only care about money.

The apartment is nice but maintenance is lazy. They place in cheap lights bulbs and make you replace and if you don't they charge you for the things they are supposed to do for the next tenant that move in. This is order to avoid repaying the deposit that they are supposed to reimburse at the end. There are better places to live in Virginia this is not one of them. They gouge out prices for a location that has nothing around it. The airplanes are loud and you here them EVERYDAY do not live if you want peace.

Photos of the apartment looked very nice but I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach someone for 3 days to book a showing. And ever received only minimal email contact.

Ive had the worst time with management returning calls and e-mails. Tenants dont r spect the quiet time rule. The dog droppings everywhere so kids cant play in the grass if they wanted to. Just a horrible rental company that doesnt manage the property at all..
