South16 is an overpriced apartment, that's good for a short term stay for those who want accessibility to the hospital/med school, but is not good for long term. Roanoke is a fairly small town, so I would expect to pay

Look someplace else, unless you just need the location. Roof leaked, Dr Pepper park is incredibly loud and the elevator was out for weeks. Industrial noise is a given in a downtown location, but this one is quite noisy, Trains, helicopters, and Dr Pepper Park. There are other choices
