These guys were great. Very patient and very SAST with the repair. I had a ram go bad and I wasnt sure what the issue was. It didnt seem like I had any viruses and I even rebooted the computer but they were able to catch the problem and replace the broken part

I called them up to get an estimate to do some work around my house. The day that they were suppose to come over they showed up 5-6 hours late. I had to call them to find out that they were stuck in traffic. They told me that they were going to go to another job to wait out the traffic then head my way. Never heard another word from them until almost 6pm. My original appointment was for 10-11am time frame. A simple call or text would have been sufficient to keep me updated. The worst part and the reason for the one star is that I still don't have an estimate. Their first response when I inquired about the estimate sometime later was that they sent it. I looked again in my inbox and spam and still didn't see it. So I asked if they could try sending it again. I received no response and no estimate. I contacted them again asking for the estimate and gave them a different email address. Still no response and no estimate. $80 down the drain but lesson learned. I hope the $80 you stole was worth the lost business from me and this review.
