I would like to thank Amy, The Tech Lady, for getting my laptop up to speed. I gave you a dinosaur with Windows 10 and you eeked more time out of of it for me, made it faster, and at a very reasonable price. Today was the first day, in some time, I could open all my programs and work with out cussing at how much time I'm wasting in lag. I'm so grateful for getting that time back. Thank you!

Although my son's computer was absolutely, completely, irretrievably fried, she went above and beyond to point us in the right direction. Excellent customer service, and truly caring about her clients, she helped him find a comparable system and never even charged for all the time she spent with us! Thank you so so much!
