I love coming to Grandin Family Dentistry. Dr. Gallaher is A honest, fair, and straight forward Dentist. If treatment isn't needed he'll tell you. Not take advantage, it's not about the money here. He truly cares for his patients. His Dental Assistant is wonderful. I get her eveytime I'm there.

Jessica is a rude and unprofessional who feels entitled to tell you why you missed appointments and that you really didn't have covid. You ask for estimates so you can be prepared to pay since they want payments up front and they rotate staff so much no one knows and can't give you correct info. I did enjoy going here at first. But glad they did drop me as a patient. Throughly enjoy going Hunting hills. I'm not emailing you! You didn't mind getting smart with me when I tried speaking with you and asking to speak with Dr. Gallagher but was interrogated as to why I wanted to speak with him. You told me he wouldn't speak to me and wasn't going to speak with anyone wanting to come back as a patient. I said I wanted the Nesbit I paid for adjusted and was told I blew you off by missing my appointments and could have been had it fixed. Instead of fixing teeth fix your attitudes and unprofessionalim.

I had an excellent dentist but he quit carrying my dental insurance. I picked Thomas Gallaher and went for a cleaning and him and the hygienist discussed what a terrible job I had done taking care of my teeth. He claimed I had four cavities and needed 4 fillings. I went to schedule the fillings that I was sure I didnt need as I took excellent care of my teeth when the dentist proceeded to get into an argument with a patient. Then I finally asked the office staff after waiting a long time if I could just call to schedule the fillings appt and she then helped me make it. I thought about how uncomfortable I was with the whole situation and cancelled the appt. I went to the new dentist today and surprise surprise I have zero cavities!!!! Grandin Family dentistry is awful. Do not go there!! Also the new dentist reviewed my x-rays with me unlike grandin family dentistry!!!
