If the option were available...10 stars !! Kristin was most helpful (not to mention very patient) in choosing my flooring. Josh was professional in seeing the installation was done as promised. My floor is beautiful and I thank you so very much...I highly recommend Fashion Floors.

I assisted a family member with a purchase here and am only commenting because I have never been spoken to as rudely as I was by one of their employees/associates (Judy). And believe me: I am not exaggerating when I say that she was the most ill-mannered individual with whom I have EVER interacted in a business setting. I was unable to speak to a manager right away about it, but when I did, he disclaimed any responsibility for this employee's actions -- though he did "apologize" that I "felt that way." There's something to be said for going to bat for your employees; there's also something to be said for allowing an employee to act with impunity. As a paying customer, you do not need to be treated that way. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for flooring needs in the Roanoke area.
