I am leaving the previous post to let people know that the original order was from 1800 flowers. I received a beautiful basket to make up for items missing in the original order. They did not have to call me or even send me a basket but they went above and beyond. Please if ordering go to the florist themselves it would save you from headaches. Thank you again for the basket it was very thoughtful and kind. The original post: Received roses for valentines day from my boyfriend. When I got home with them he ask about the rest of his order. I told him that was all that was delivered. He checked his order and email them. It say you will have a response in 48 hours. As of 10 days after he has not gotten a response.

The order I placed on May 11th was never received. After contacting the company I was told I would receive a call back in which no one has yet to contact me still. Update on issue, I have since received an email acknowledging the mistake on there end but yet any follow up on the correction or reimbursement

Purchased a wrist corsage for local prom, flowers where beautiful, people were friendly. However the corsage fell apart (it was glued) while taking photo's. Made contact with owner and sent pictures of the corsage, have yet to be contacted.

Terrible! They forgot to attach the card with the flowers so the person didnt know who they were from. Looked NOTHING like what I ordered. Looked like they threw a bunch of leftovers in a vase. Wasnt even arranged nice.
