I lost my Father Early on 02/24/2024. My dad was my best Friend. Betty Cundiff has been a friend for a while, but after this experience, I learned she is an Angel. I have been through many funerals in my life, and lost many family members. I have never had such a WONDERFUL experience in a time of loss. There were tears, there was sadness and I am still dealing with the aftermath. The arrangements, the kindness, the AMAZING TRIBUTE AND WELL DONE VIEWING eased my loss. My family lives in multiple states, and could not be there, but the Lotz family and Conner Bowman were there to lift me up in a time of sorrow. I can not say enough about how she coordinated everything , and the joint coordination Between Lotz and Conner Bowman was incredible. Dad was a marine and Betty coordinated the Honor guard, Taps and presentation of the flag to myself. There is so much to deal with in a time Of loss, but Betty and the Lotz team made this so Much easier. Betty Cundiff- God bless you! I love you ma'am. Losing a loved one is always a difficult time for families. My sister and I were extremely stressed over a father's passing and the funeral arrangement process. I must say we were truly blessed to meet and work with Mrs. Betty Cundiff and the Lotz staff. She is the ultimate professional and extremely mindful of the the families needs and feelings. Mrs. Cundiff's kindness and gentle approach touched my soul. Her attention to detail and personal touch cannot be matched. If I could give her ten stars I would.
