        Very nice and polite employees. Makala is very thoughtful and caring. She was excellent on explaining the procedure and results of hearing test. She is an extremely good teacher and has a outstanding way to explain the biology of the ear and how the hearing process works. We learned so much from her and understood completely what she was telling us. I strongly recommend you go see her.
