        My machine came with the wrong prescription programmed and it kept shutting off. The packaging was nice and arrived timely, but it utterly useless since it doesnt blow the correct pressure

        It took almost two months to progress my prescription/order through Apria, with a lot of personal time invested in finally obtaining my supplies. The supplies I received also ended up not including two items I was told would be included.

        When told that my current CPAP machine died, the Apria representative that I spoke with got a new one sent out to me immediately! And I was a new customer to them, having recently switched from another company. I got my supplies quickly with information that I needed to set it up since it was a different machine from my other one. I couldn't be happier with Apria!
