This place was absolutely terrible and I didnt have high standards. Upon arrival we were told about an unexpected deposit for the room even though we had already been charged for the stay. I went and withdrew cash to give the front desk and was then notified that the deposit has to be made with the original payment method. Then told that my reservation hasnt been paid and then found the reservation and told me since I wasnt local she wouldnt charge me a deposit. We get to the room and theres one towel and on hand towel. Room was poorly lit as only 2 of the 4 lights worked. Carpet was sticky. No screen in the window on the third floor. Toilet continued to run and wouldnt fill up and bathtub faucet continued to drip too. Blankets are thin and inadequate with several burn wholes. We also wanted to book another night (it was slightly past check out) and I called the front desk to notify the staff that I was going to book another night and if we could remain in the same room so we didn't have to move all of our stuff to another room. I was told that I cannot book another night, I need to get my stuff and leave, the house keeping being there several times, I need to just go and they dont want to rent to me. They were extremely rude for no reason. We we checked in at 10:30 pm and were just there to sleep. Extremely unprofessional Rooms: Dirty. Sticky floors.
