WoodSpring Suites Roanoke

Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Great value for the price! Loved the kitchenette in the rooms! We will be back!

New hotel room was nice and building very secure. But other then that not so great i was there with my girlfriend and 2 yr old daughter they would only give us 2 towels and two washcloths and you had to return them to get 2 more but they would give us a third for my daughter. Front desk was closed more then it was open elevator was down the first night luggage Carts had messed up wheels and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work also no free wifi we had to pay 6.99 Extra for wifi.

We stopped here unexpectedly to stay for a few hours of sleep. The only reason they get two stars is because it looked clean and beds were decent. The lady at the front was nice when my husband checked in however, there was nothing in the room except for furniture. No toilet paper, tissues, soap, coffee...nothing. we needed just basic amenities to wash hands and go to the bathroom. They said they didn't provide those for us since we had a short stay that would be discounted..? The lady did say would have breakfast from 7-11 a.m...no breakfast. No wifi while we were there. We got up to leave about 5 hours later, around 7 a.m. and there wasn't anyone to collect our keys. No way to even talk with someone about getting toilet paper. She said the front window doesn't open until 9 a.m.... No breakfast and she wouldn't even take our keys. Someone was there as she would only talk to us through a roll down type window. We had to push a bell several times just to talk to her. She said, just leave the keys there! We aren't open until 9 a.m.! It was the weirdest and most frustrating stay I've ever had. I won't be going back. Rooms: Looked clean and beds were decent.
